9. The fees for preparing and filing the plans and survey documents that may be required to grant or transfer rights, or to agree on limits, shall be paid by the purchaser, lessee, licence holder or the person who benefits from the right or the limits agreed on with the Minister.
The fees for registration or entry in the Land Registry Office and in the Register of the domain of the State, as well as all fees and professional services required to obtain such registration or entry, including the fees for the preparation and execution of a notarial act or the fees related to the attestation of a private writing shall also be paid by the purchaser, lessee, licence holder or the person who benefits from the right or the limits agreed on with the Minister.
